1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using ScheduloApp, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily use ScheduloApp for personal or commercial appointment scheduling purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose without proper subscription
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in ScheduloApp
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
- Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. ScheduloApp reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.
4. Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice. Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe.
5. Service Availability
We strive to provide uninterrupted service, but we do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times. We may suspend or restrict access to some features to carry out maintenance or updates.
6. Limitation of Liability
ScheduloApp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
7. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
